These terms apply to your use of the Tennis City mobile and web app and related services (the "Service"). Tennis City is operated by Technical Partners, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tennis City. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.
Tennis City is a community for players to find games, chat, and share tennis content. You agree not to post or send content that:
Do not misuse the Service: no scraping, attacks, automated sign-ups, or attempts to get around limits or security.
You keep ownership of what you post (messages, session details, photos, and videos). You give Tennis City a limited license to store, display, and process it to run the Service, including showing it to other users and, where you ask for it, analyzing your videos with AI. Videos you upload to your own folder are visible only to you unless you share them.
Messages in community channels and sessions can be seen by other members. Messages bridged from Slack appear in both places.

Tennis City helps people arrange games. We do not run the games, vet players, or supervise courts. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, health, and conduct. Meet in public places, and take care when meeting people you have not met before.
Coaching content and AI video analysis are general guidance, not professional medical advice or a guarantee of results. Check with a qualified professional before changing how you train if you have a health concern.
If you opt in to text (SMS) notifications, Tennis City sends you the messages you asked for, such as game alerts, waitlist notices, and, if you organize a game, requests from players waiting for your approval. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help, or email support@tenniscity.org. Consent to text messages is not a condition of using the Service. See our SMS Terms for details, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
Tennis City may offer tokens inside the app. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be changed or removed. If paid features are introduced, purchase and refund terms will be added to these terms before they go on sale.
You can delete your account at any time: in the app, Profile → Delete Account opens our deletion form at app.tenniscity.org/account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. What is deleted, and how long it takes, is described under "Data Deletion" in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Tennis City is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what other users post or do, or for injuries or losses from playing tennis or meeting other users. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, except where the law of your home country or state says otherwise.
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app. Using the Service after that means you accept it.
