Tennis City SMS Terms

Technical Partners, LLC operates Tennis City. These terms cover the optional text (SMS) messages Tennis City sends.
What you receive
Tennis City texts you only about things you opted in to:
- Game alerts: when you verify your phone number and turn on text alerts in the app, we text you about new games that match your saved alerts, or your region and level if you have none. You can reply YES to join a game from the text.
- Waitlist notices: when you enter your phone number on a Tennis City city waitlist form and check the optional SMS box, we text you a confirmation that you're on the waitlist, and then when another player joins that city's waitlist.
- Organizer requests: if you organize a game, have a verified phone number with texts turned on, and turn on approval texts for that game, we text you when players are waiting for your approval.
- Confirmations: when you reply YES or NO to a Tennis City text, we text a confirmation of the result.
Sign-in verification codes are sent by our sign-in provider when you ask for one; they are not part of this program.
Message frequency varies. Consent to texts is not a condition of using Tennis City or joining a waitlist.
Cost and cancellation
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Tennis City text to cancel future texts from that number, or turn off text alerts in the app. You may also email support@tenniscity.org for help with your SMS preference.
