Data Management for TennisCity

This page allows you to manage your data within the TennisCity application.

Delete Your Data

You can request the deletion of your TennisCity account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Use the account deletion form below — it asks for your name and the email address on your account, and you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Request Account Deletion

If you prefer, you can instead email support@tenniscity.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your user ID or the email address associated with your TennisCity account so that we can locate it.

What Happens Next

1. We acknowledge your request by email within 24 hours.
2. We verify that the request comes from the owner of the account.
3. We delete your data within 30 days of verifying your request.
4. We send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Is Deleted, and What We Keep

Your profile, uploaded videos, AI analysis results, feedback, diary entries, learning progress and community posts are permanently deleted. Encrypted backup copies are overwritten within a further 30 days. Purchase and transaction records are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting laws require it.
